Net PPM

Net PPM (Net Pure Product Margin) is the margin Amazon makes on a supplier’s products under the Vendor model, after the purchase price and the allowances in the trading terms.
Amazon uses it in annual vendor negotiations: when Net PPM falls below its expectations, Amazon may ask for higher allowances or order less.
