How we work together

How does working with GrowNow work?

GrowNow buys your stock on a B2B invoice and takes over its sales on marketplaces in Europe and the USA. We are the seller of record and responsible for sales, logistics and entering new markets. You get an order and predictable cash flow.

How is GrowNow different from an agency?

An agency advises for a fixed fee and usually stops at advertising and listings. We buy your stock, so we are accountable for the result: logistics, pricing, the Buy Box, reviews and advertising. We look at net results, not campaign revenue.

When will I see the first orders?

We launch the first market within 4 weeks of signing. The pace after that depends on documentation, images and stock availability.

What is a marketplace distributor?

A company that buys products from a manufacturer and sells them itself on platforms such as Amazon or Zalando. That’s exactly how GrowNow works: the manufacturer invoices us B2B, and we are responsible for sales in Europe and the USA.

Do I pay GrowNow a subscription or commission?

No. We settle on the purchase price of the stock and the agreed trade terms. There is no fixed monthly fee.

How do you set the purchase price?

Based on research into demand, competition and margin in each market. We agree the price and trade terms together before the first order.

What is the difference between Amazon Vendor and Amazon Seller?

A Vendor (1P) sells stock wholesale to Amazon, and Amazon sells it to customers. A Seller (3P) sells directly to customers on Amazon’s platform. GrowNow uses both channels on its own accounts.

Terms of cooperation

Which products do you buy?

Any product with the potential to scale. We don’t limit ourselves to categories: before making a purchase offer, we check demand, competition and margin in each market.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum. First orders are usually smaller, and volumes grow with sales.

What happens to stock that doesn’t sell?

It depends on the trade terms. The risk of unsold stock can sit with GrowNow or with the manufacturer; we agree this before the first order.

Can I keep selling in my own channels?

Yes. We are only interested in marketplaces, so your online shop, distribution and retail sales stay as they are.

What do I need to prepare to start?

A product list with prices and availability, technical documentation and declarations of conformity. If you don’t have images and descriptions, we’ll create them.

Markets & time to launch

Which markets do you sell in?

In 15 markets: Germany, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania and the USA.

How long does it take to launch on Amazon?

We launch the first market within 4 weeks of signing. We add further markets once sales in the first one are stable.

Can I sell in the USA without a US company?

Yes. We buy your stock, and in the USA it is sold by our company GrowNowUS LLC with a warehouse in Orlando, Florida.

Brand & pricing

Do I lose control of my brand?

No. The brand and trademark remain yours. We agree price positioning, brand image and new markets together, and we run Brand Registry in agreement with the brand owner.

Won’t you undercut prices in other channels?

We don’t fight for the Buy Box at any price. We earn on margin, so discounting isn’t in our interest. We agree the pricing policy, including minimum prices, with you before launch, and we report unauthorised sellers through Brand Registry.

My distributors sell cheaper on Amazon. Can you help?

Yes. We start by registering the brand in Amazon Brand Registry, which provides tools for reporting infringements. Then we work with you to tidy up distribution and limit stock access for sellers who damage the market.

Logistics & returns

Do I have to ship stock to Amazon warehouses?

No. You hand the stock over to us and we decide what pays off: FBA for Prime and the Buy Box in Western Europe, or shipping from our warehouse for heavy or slow-moving products. We calculate the full fulfilment cost.

Who handles returns?

We do, because we are the seller. We prevent returns with better descriptions and images, and you get information on causes that require changes to the product or packaging.

VAT & regulation

Do I need to register for VAT in every country?

No. GrowNow is the seller (merchant of record), so VAT registrations and settlements in each market are on our side. You issue a B2B invoice to GrowNow.

Who is responsible for EPR and GPSR?

We are. EPR registrations (e.g. LUCID in Germany), the Responsible Person and platform requirements are on GrowNow’s side. From you we need technical documentation and product declarations.

Advertising & content

How is your approach to advertising different from automation?

We work in weekly cycles and look at TACOS, not just ACOS. Advertising should drive organic sales, so its share of sales falls over time.

How do you prepare content for foreign markets?

Never with machine translation. Native speakers write content based on local keyword research. German shoppers look for technical specifics; Italians respond to emotion and design.

Data & cooperation

Which tools do you use for market analysis?

Helium10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics and our own GrowNow24 system. We can see how much competitors sell, which keywords they rank for and where they are weak.

Do I need to integrate my ERP with marketplaces?

No. You sell to us like any wholesale buyer, on a B2B invoice. Platform integrations are on our side.
